ISO20022+ API 2020-02-22

As of 2020-02-22, for the ISO20022.org e-Repository of 2019-12-11,
we provide the following experimental packages:

• JSON Schema and RESTful OpenAPI
  • as arrays of strings, for compatibility;
  • as scalars or arrays of mixed types.
• XML Schema 1.1
  featuring a shared namespace, elements in any order,
  and documented with traceability to business level.
